Inside

  • A cozy bedroom with a bed under a sloped ceiling, featuring white bedding and several pillows. There are two small bedside tables with lamps and decorative items, with a framed picture hanging above the bed's headboard.

    Restful Nights & Coastal Vistas

Three bedrooms, all with sea views. Two master suites have king-size beds, and a third twin room with two singles works well for children or friends. Every room is designed around comfort and light, so whether you're waking up or winding down, the coast is right there.

  • Kitchen with black cabinets, white countertop, gold faucet, oven, coffee maker, potted plants, butterfly artwork, and wall shelves with books and decorative items.

    A Chef’s Kitchen with a View

A bright, well-equipped kitchen with granite worktops, induction hob, and modern oven. Everything you need is here, including an under-counter fridge-freezer and a second fridge in the porch for drinks. A dining table with bench seating for six makes it easy to cook and eat together without missing the conversation.

  • Cozy living room with pink sofa, decorative pillows, a wooden coffee table with a vase of flowers, window seat with cushions, a colorful patterned rug, and a window with blinds.

    Light-Filled Living & Victorian Charm

The sitting room pairs original Victorian features with serious comfort. High ceilings, an ornamental fireplace, and a large bay window fill the space with light and sea air, while two oversized sofas give you room to properly stretch out.

There's a Smart TV for evenings in, plus books, board games, and puzzles if you'd rather switch off. It's a room built for slow mornings and easy nights.

  • A cozy dining area with a small round table set for two, featuring two green chairs with sunflower-patterned cushions, a white table lamp, two glasses of rosé wine, and a backdrop mirror reflecting part of the kitchen.

    Cook, Eat, Together

The dining table seats six on bench seating right in the kitchen, so whoever's cooking stays part of the group. Bright, welcoming, and dressed with unique wall art, it's a space built for long breakfasts and unhurried dinners.

  • Vintage-style bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub and a wall-mounted sink, both with white porcelain finishes. The bathtub is partially covered with a light blue towel, and a colorful towel hangs from a metal towel rack below the sink. The bathroom has wooden floors and exposed wooden beams on walls and ceiling, with an angled ceiling on the left side.

    Contemporary & Refreshing Bathrooms

Two modern bathrooms, one on each floor, finished in clean white tiling. Both have high-pressure monsoon showers with a handheld handset, plus contemporary basins and toilets throughout. With a full bathroom per floor, morning routines stay simple even with a full house.

  • Black and silver DeLonghi coffee machine on a white kitchen countertop, with ceramic mugs decorated with floral designs and a white electric kettle in the background.

    Utility & Courtyard

A utility room off the main living area houses a washing machine and an extra fridge for overflow groceries or drinks. Step outside into the private courtyard and you'll find a pull-out washing line and recycling bins, keeping the practical stuff out of the way but easy to reach.

Outside

  • Woman relaxing in a hot tub with her eyes closed and a peaceful expression.

    Hot Tub with Sea Views

At the top of the tiered garden, the hot tub sits sheltered by its own parasol with uninterrupted views out to sea. It's the kind of spot that works just as well after a morning coffee as it does with a glass of something cold at sunset.

  • A sauna room with wooden interior and a black sauna stove with fire inside.

    Al Fresco Living

A full set of outdoor plates and glassware means you can take meals straight outside without a second thought. Fire up the BBQ on the terrace, settle into the seating area, and let the sea views do the rest. Festoon lighting keeps the evening going long after the sun drops.

  • Woman relaxing in a black cold plunge tub labeled "Chill Tubs" with a wooden wall background and a white sink next to it.

    Harbour Beach

New Quay's Harbour Beach is just a short walk away. A sheltered, Blue Flag sandy beach with clear water, it's well suited to families, swimmers, and anyone hoping to spot bottlenose dolphins from the shore. Boat trips, watersports, and a seasonal lifeguard service are all on hand, with the town's cafés and shops right behind you.
